Although we will try to give you as much information as possible, we do not have the answers to everything, for some questions there is not a standard answer. We have checked as thoroughly as we can with the Home Office and other agencies to make sure we have facts and not guesses and although we are aware that jumping from one website to another is not ideal it would be impossible to have all the legal explanations and legislation on our site. Almost everything you need to know about the judiciary can be obtained from either the Home Office Website or the Criminal Justice System site.
